“I Know I’m Over You” soundtracks the visceral feeling of remembering what it felt like to be with someone you deeply loved that is suddenly no longer in your life. Anything you do or anywhere you go reminds you of them. The soundscape of this track encapsulates what it feels and sounds like to let your emotions completely take over your mind and body.

When writing this song, I felt the need to create a sound that felt like floating, weightlessness, a sweet relief- all sensations I get when meditating. Meditation is such an important part of my well-being and I wanted something to share that with anyone who might also need it. And with that, the Meditation Mix was born- something you can listen to while going though your daily meditation, even it’s only 4 minutes of intentional breathing, uninterrupted walking or even just time alone.
